What's with the "whichever is less" part?
We don't think you should pay full price for a service when you're just starting out. That's why we charge nothing if you get no orders. Then, when you get orders, we charge 10% of sales, but only up to a maximum of $49 per month. Not a nickel more. Neat, huh?
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. There are no long term contracts. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.
Are there hidden transaction fees or other commissions?
No. The prices you see above are all-inclusive. MenuBaby believes in supporting a vibrant community of profitable restaurants. We're restaurant owners ourselves, and we don't like having our margins decimated by online ordering fees.
Really? No other fees at all?
There are no transaction fees, no startup fees, no inactivity fees, no long-term contracts and no termination fees. Posting items, managing your menus and receiving orders is all included.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
If you cancel within 30 days of signing you'll be charged nothing. After the trial is over, you'll be charged for the current month and you'll never be charged again. We don't prorate for partial months.
Can I cancel at any time?
You can cancel any time with no hassle. Simply email us and we'll take care of everything.
