1. A customer places an order online
Customers add items and edit options until their order is exactly the way they want it, without feeling pressured or rushed.
2. The order is faxed, printed or emailed to your restaurant
Orders are faxed or emailed from the website directly to your restaurant, along with the customer's contact information.
3. Your restaurant gets a reminder call
MenuBaby automatically calls the restaurant to remind your emplyees that there's an order sitting in the fax machine or in email.
Remember, the customer's phone number is prominently displayed at the top of every MenuBaby order, so if there's a question, you can always call them directly.
